Get your Library Card Today!

It's easy and free (for Kalama city residents). Non-city residents must pay $40/year. Here's how to get your card.

Kalama City Residents
Kalama city residents do not pay for a card because they have paid taxes for library services.

Cards are issued to adults 18 and older; and to children with a parental guarantor. One library card per household. Visit the Library to get your card. You will need:

  • Government photo ID
  • Proof of Kalama city residence, e.g., PUD bill or other official mail with street address
  • Mailing address: e.g., Kalama P.O. Box or street address

Non-City Residents
Non-city residents may purchase a library card for $40 per year.

  • Pay in person at the Library via cash or check. You will need Government photo ID.
  • Pay online at City of Kalama - select the 'Library' tab

Bring your receipt to the Library to get your card.

Note: there is convenience fee of 2.95% with a minimum of $1.95 associated with all credit card transactions.
