Library Programs

The Kalama Public Library offers free programs for all ages

Make new friends, explore activities and interests, learn about the community, and more!

Adult Programs

  • Art classes: Check with the Library for the current schedule.
  • The Gathering Place (for seniors and others): Wednesdays 1:00-3:00.
  • Chair Yoga: Thursdays 11:00-11:45.

Books & Authors Programs

Children's & Family Programs

  • Storytime for Children: A reading readiness program with stories, songs, rhymes, movement, and fun! Kid-sized for ages up to 5 years old, but everyone is welcome. First and third Wednesdays of each month, except summers; 10:30 - 11:15 Kalama Public Library.
  • Summer Reading Program: School children are given the opportunity for adventure and fun through reading challenges, fun activities, and connections. Kids are given more time to explore reading and the library.
