  • Discover Pass: cardholders may check out a Discover Pass. This pass offers free access to all Washington State Parks and other state recreation areas.
  • Wi-Fi HOTSPOT: cardholders may check out a Wi-Fi HOTSPOT for an initial three-week period, with one renewal (if no one is waiting). After that, patrons must wait four weeks before checking out a HOTSPOT again.
